Description
The de Havilland Canada DHC-515 is an amphibious water bomber aircraft specializing in forest fire control.
A successor to the Canadair CL-215 and the Canadair CL-415, it is produced by de Havilland Canada (DHC) and primarily assembled in Calgary, Alberta.
It is similar in appearance to its predecessor CL-415 and capable of discharging 6,000 liters of water in seconds. It is presented as having the ability
to make up to 15 drops per hour with an ability to fill in 12 seconds on lakes, rivers and sea, even stormy.
