[AC] Pyyer - Fuji Extension WEC 2023 V1.0 (MTS Version)

This is the maiden extension for Fuji WEC, and I haven't been able to decide which track to use because both tracks are good for different reasons. So finally I decided to create both 

It made a lot of extra work but I hope you will enjoy both of them 

Thanks to all who have answered their track preference in the Summer Updates post 

So this extension is for the ManekingTS version
